The receptionist staff need customer service training to help them deal with patients.
Their manner is cold and they are particularly rude on the phone.
If you want to feel like another statistic register at Barnburgh Surgery.
The reception staff are particularly unhelpful and not an ounce of compassion or empathy - they should not be working within the care profession.
I also do not believe it is good code of practice for reception staff to give sensitive information over the phone, surely it is doctors that should give this information.

I went with my husband and saw a new doctor (Ahmed) which isn’t actually a doctor he wasn’t very pleasant to talk to didn’t seem interested in listening to us. Gave medication and said if it gets worse come back, We was told by a nurse at dri to go back and get his medication changed, tried doing this only to get the same person who refused to do anything else for at least another 2 week. We would rather not see anyone then go to him again. Dr wagstaff was amazing and is missed

You find out how good a GP surgery is when the GP Dr K Wagstaff always provides a caring attitude to her patients no matter how long it takes. The Government has given GPs unachievable targets regarding appointment times but she has never faltered. What a wonderful lady who will be missed very much by the majority of her patients

Brilliant local GP surgery with a first class GP. Dr Wagstaff will be sorely missed by the majority of Barnburgh and Harlington residents. She has always given her utmost care to myself and my husband - such a shame she is retiring

Barnburgh Surgery provides care for many patients with sometimes complex cases. This can have an effect on waiting times in the surgery but Dr Wagstaff goes above and beyond her duty in caring for her patients. First Class GP without a doubt
